Instagram says it now has the right to sell your photos

In its first big policy shift since Facebook bought the photo-sharing site, Instagram claims the right to sell users’ photos without payment or notification. Oh, and there’s no way to opt out. To all you “Instagram Artists” – you’re fucked. [please click on headline to read article].



Seems that our friends at Facebook have exercised their muscle and made some changes to the Instagram Terms and Conditions. Back in April, when I told you all about the purchase of Instagram by FB, I made the prophetic comment that “the internet slowly moves to becoming an all knowing and all privacy-invading monopoly”.

If i was wrong about anything, it’s only because I said “slowly”.
